Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against ORC6, the Origin Recognition Complex Subunit 6. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the unconjugated reagent has an IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The target protein localises to the nucleoplasm and nucleoli fibrillar centre, with enhanced tissue expression in bone marrow, lymphoid tissue, and testis.
