Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Orai1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications.
It is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human ORAI1 (NP_116179.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000, with an observed molecular weight of 32–55 kDa.
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
