Anti-OR4B1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against OR4B1 (IgG isotype) and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 264–309 of human OR4B1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of OR4B1 protein.

The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 34 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
