Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises OPTN. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was raised against recombinant full length human OPTN, and specifically detects endogenous levels of OPTN protein. The antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a molecular weight of ~66 kDa. Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
