Anti-OPTN Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises OPTN (Optineurin). The reagent is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunoprecipitation (IP).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-577 of human OPTN (NP_068815.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and IP 1:500-1:1,000.
