Generated in rabbit and affinity purified against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1-60 of human OPRK1 (NP_000903.2), this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects the kappa opioid receptor at the expected molecular weight of 43 kDa. The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG in phosphate buffered saline pH 7.30, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is validated for Western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples at a working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2000.
