Anti-OPLAH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to OPLAH, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western Blot. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and targets OPLAH, a protein also referenced by the synonyms 5-OPase, 5-oxo-L-prolinase, 5-oxoprolinase and Pyroglutamase.

Produced in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1119–1288 of human OPLAH (NP_060040.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 134 kDa.

Recommended Western Blot usage is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
