Anti-OPG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against osteoprotegerin (OPG), also known as OCIF, TNFRSF11B, and tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11B. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human OPG, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of OPG protein in human and mouse samples. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is offered unconjugated as a polyclonal IgG host antibody suitable for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
