Anti-OPA3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets OPA3 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–179 of human OPA3 (NP_079412.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 20 kDa. The reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Concentration is reported as lot specific. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
