Anti-OPA1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting OPA1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is provided in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 661–960 of human OPA1 (NP_056375.2). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein migrates at 80–100 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:2,000–1:8,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Storage conditions include shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at −20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
