Anti-Op18 (V31) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Op18 (V31) region, generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Op18 [C0][S1]. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2 [C0][S1].

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is intended to detect endogenous levels of Op18 protein [C0][S1].

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE [S1]. The Op18 target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa [S1].
