Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets OMI, a protein also referred to as HTRA2 (High temperature requirement protein A2) [S2]. It is unconjugated and validated for ELISA, Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry applications on human samples [C0, S1].
The reagent was generated by immunisation with a peptide corresponding to 15 amino acids near the C-terminus of human OMI [S1]. It is purified by ion exchange chromatography and supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1]. The antibody is supported by 2 scientific validation images [S1].
