Anti-Olig2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Olig2 protein and is validated for ELISA, IHC, IP, and WB applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 100-150 on the human Olig2 protein. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are DB 1:10,000, ELISA 1:10,000, and Western Blot 1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
