Anti-OLFM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes olfactomedin 1 (OLFM1), a secreted glycoprotein also known by the alternative designations AMY, NOE1, NOELIN and OlfA. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human OLFM1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an unconjugated IgG preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 50 µL vial is intended primarily for Western blot applications, and the manufacturer provides validated Western blot data on extracts from multiple cell lines together with supporting immunohistochemistry images from paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue, indicating the reagent's utility for detecting endogenous OLFM1 across a range of sample types. Reported species reactivity covers human and mouse samples, and for continuous use the vial should be stored at –20 °C to preserve antibody activity.
