Anti-OLFM1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets OLFM1, also referred to as Noelin, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 90–220 of human OLFM1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

Validated for Western blot, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight of the target is 72 kDa.
