The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 510–699 of human OGT (NP_858058.1) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with reported molecular weights of 110 kDa and 120 kDa. It is validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended starting dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is described as lot specific.

The formulation is phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
