Raised against a recombinant human OGT immunogen and affinity-purified from rabbit serum, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com detects the endogenous level of total OGT protein, the 110 kDa O-GlcNAc transferase that catalyzes O-linked N-acetylglucosamine modification of nuclear and cytoplasmic substrates.
