Anti-OGT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) transferase (OGT), the enzyme responsible for adding O-GlcNAc modifications to serine and threonine residues of nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins. OGT plays central roles in cellular nutrient sensing, transcription regulation, insulin signaling, and glucose homeostasis, and dysregulation of O-GlcNAcylation has been linked to X-linked intellectual disability, cancer progression, and metabolic disease.

Validated by Antibodies.com for western blot and immunohistochemistry (WB, IHC) workflows, the unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as 200 µl of polyclonal serum raised in rabbit. It cross-reacts with OGT orthologs from human, mouse, and rat, supporting translational studies across model organisms and patient-derived samples.
