Anti-OGG1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against OGG1. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent, it is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples [C0][S1].

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–345 of human OGG1 (NCBI accession NP_002533.1) and is affinity purified [S1]. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. The associated target migrates at approximately 36 kDa [S1]. Recommended WB working dilution is 1:200–1:1,000 [S1].

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
