Anti-OGFR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to OGFR supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 358-482 of human OGFR (NP_031372.2). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target molecular weight is reported as 80 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is sent at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
