Anti-ODC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human ODC1 (ornithine decarboxylase 1) and recognizes the endogenous total ODC1 protein. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use format at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Each vial is provided in a 50 µl pack size, with a larger 100 µl option also available for higher-throughput needs. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it a flexible choice for comparative studies across species. Because the target is detected at its native expression level, the reagent is well suited to studies of polyamine biosynthesis, cell proliferation, and tumor biology where ornithine decarboxylase activity is of interest.
