Anti-ODC1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ODC1 (ornithine decarboxylase 1), the rate-limiting enzyme of polyamine biosynthesis that catalyzes the decarboxylation of ornithine to putrescine. Supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl volume, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and detects endogenous ODC1 in human, mouse, and rat samples.

ODC1 sits at the entry point of the polyamine pathway and is frequently investigated in studies of cell proliferation, tumor biology, and growth-factor signaling.
