Anti-OCT4 Antibody [N65]

The N65 clone is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes OCT4 (also known as POU5F1), a POU-domain transcription factor of approximately 40-45 kDa that governs pluripotency maintenance in embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Produced and validated by Antibodies.com, this reagent detects both human and mouse OCT4 in denaturing western blot workflows and in immunocytochemistry on fixed cell preparations, including iPSC reprogramming panels where OCT4 expression serves as a core pluripotency marker alongside SOX2 and NANOG. The antibody is supplied at 100 µg per vial as a ready-to-use liquid in PBS-based buffer with stabilizers, and is unconjugated, leaving selection of HRP, fluorescent, or biotin labels to the end user.
