Anti-Oct-1/POU2F1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the endogenous OCT-1 (POU2F1) transcription factor, this affinity-purified primary antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The product is unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, with the antibody purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:3000 and for immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting total endogenous OCT-1/POU2F1 protein generated against a synthetic peptide immunogen derived from the human sequence.
