Anti-OCLN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Occludin (OCLN), a tight junction protein widely used as an intercellular junction marker. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, the antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is presented unconjugated.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 350-450 of human Occludin (NP_002529.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified.
