Anti-Occludin (A23) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Occludin and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Occludin. The polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

Validated for Western Blot (WB), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Occludin protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 59 kDa.
