Anti-OCA2 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against OCA2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is presented in liquid form in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified from rabbit antiserum.

Validated for western blotting on human and mouse samples, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human OCA2 (NP_000266.2). It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended western blotting dilutions range from 1:500-1:2,000, and the expected molecular weight is 65 - 80 kDa.
