Anti-Ob-R (L662) Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the Ob-R target and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is accompanied by 1 scientific validation image. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650-700 of human Ob-R, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Ob-R protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target has a reported molecular weight of ~150 kDa.
