Anti-OATP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of the human organic anion transporting polypeptide OATP1 (also referenced as OATP-A, OATP1A2, SLC21A3 and SLCO1A2). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling workflows. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human OATP1, and the host species is rabbit with an IgG isotype, giving a polyclonal response suitable for a broad epitope coverage on the target transporter.
