From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against OAT1 (L304), supplied as an unconjugated reagent. The target is OAT1, and the antibody was generated in rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of OAT1 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 271-320 of Human OAT1.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 65 kDa.
