Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against OAT (ornithine aminotransferase). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human OAT as immunogen and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of OAT protein, with a reported molecular weight of ~ 48 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
