Anti-OAT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ornithine aminotransferase (OAT). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 160-439 of human OAT (NP_000265.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration, following affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
