Anti-OAS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived reagent is supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal antiserum raised against recombinant human OAS1 protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The 50 µl vial is formulated at approximately 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is intended for short-term storage at 4 °C with aliquots held at -20 °C for longer term; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Validated primarily for Western blotting at a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2000, with suggested use in immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:100, the antibody recognises the endogenous level of total OAS1 in human and mouse samples.
