Anti-NYX Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Nyctalopin (NYX) and is reactive with human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been purified by affinity chromatography, in a formulation of Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 282–481 of human NYX (NP_072089.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100, and is supported by 3 scientific validation images.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
