Anti-NYREN18 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against NYREN18 (also known as NUB1) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the C-terminal region of the human protein. The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL, prepared in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the active fraction being rabbit IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of total NYREN18 protein. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
