Anti-NY-CO-1 (K914) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the NY-CO-1 protein at the K914 region. It is provided as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (WB, IHC) applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 881-930 of Human NY-CO-1. According to the manufacturer's data, it detects endogenous levels of the NY-CO-1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa.
