Anti-NXPH4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against neurexophilin-4 (NXPH4) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human NXPH4, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total NXPH4 protein. It is provided as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human and Rat samples.
