Anti-Nur77/NR4A1 (G347) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–365 of human Nur77/NR4A1. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and detects endogenous levels of Nur77 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Purity is reported as > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with the target protein observed at approximately 60 kDa.
