Anti-NUP98 Antibody

Produced as a purified mouse monoclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody targets the nucleoporin NUP98, a structural building block of the nuclear pore complex that mediates nucleocytoplasmic transport of RNA and protein cargo. Researchers investigating leukemia biology frequently profile NUP98 because chromosomal translocations involving the NUP98 gene, including NUP98-NSD1, NUP98-HOXA9, and NUP98-KDM5A fusions, drive acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. Reliable detection of the endogenous protein is therefore central to both basic studies of nuclear transport and translational work on fusion oncoproteins.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the reagent is supplied at 100 µl per vial in a 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
