Anti-NUP98 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NUP98. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form, with a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa for the target.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The reagent is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 621–920 of human NUP98 (NP_624357.1).
