Anti-NUP98 Antibody [13C2 + 21A10]

The Antibodies.com Anti-NUP98 Antibody [13C2 + 21A10] is supplied as a liquid mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent targeting Nucleoporin 98, a key structural component of the nuclear pore complex (NPC). The 13C2 and 21A10 clones recognize distinct epitopes and are offered together to support studies of NPC biogenesis, nuclear envelope reassembly after mitosis, and nucleocytoplasmic transport.

This unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Its broad reactivity profile spanning human, budding yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), fission yeast (Schizosaccharomyces pombe), and the ciliate Tetrahymena makes it especially useful for comparative cell biology and evolutionary studies of the nuclear pore.
