Anti-NUP88 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NUP88 (nucleoporin 88), an approximately 88 kDa subunit of the nuclear pore complex that mediates nucleocytoplasmic transport of proteins and RNA between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) detection across human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody supports cross-species studies of nuclear pore composition in cell biology, signal transduction, and cancer research, where altered nucleoporin expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal tumors, and ovarian carcinoma tissue.
