Anti-NUP62 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Nucleoporin p62 (NUP62). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 403–522 of human NUP62 (NP_036478.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Storage instructions recommend shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C thereafter, and avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
