Description
From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NUP50 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 340-468 of human NUP50 (NP_009103.2).
The target migrates at a molecular weight of 50 kDa. Supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Storage: shipped at 4°C, upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200.
