Anti-Nup160 (L424) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Nup160 (Nucleoporin 160) and was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–450 of the human protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is presented unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of Nup160 protein, has been affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is reported as > 95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
