Anti-NUP155 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NUP155. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human samples.

The target has a molecular weight of 155 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1102–1391 of human NUP155 (NP_705618.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
