Anti-NUP153 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Nup153 and is supplied as a liquid formulation by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 154 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 350–450 of human NUP153 (NP_005115.2). Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.
