Anti-NUMB Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against NUMB, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 521–640 of human NUMB (NP_003735.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 71 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
