Anti-NUMA1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an internal region of human NUMA1 (Nuclear Mitotic Apparatus Protein 1), enabling detection of endogenous levels of the total NUMA1 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume as rabbit IgG formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is provided unconjugated for maximum flexibility in experimental design. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been confirmed to react with human samples, with published images showing robust staining in A549 cell lysates by WB and clear nuclear and spindle-associated signals in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue by IHC. The polyclonal format ensures broad epitope coverage, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to maximise specificity while minimising background.
