Anti-NUMA1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NUMA1 (also referred to as NuMA) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of the NUMA1 protein.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–309 of human NUMA1 (NP_006176.2) and is affinity-purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 238 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:200–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It has been cited in at least one publication.
